LIFE INSURANCE PROGRAM

Under our Group Life Insurance program (GLI), members of our community can buy affordable life insurance plans for their families. Through this insurance coverage, our community members don’t have to worry so much in case something happened to them or any member of their family. The insurance will cover all repatriation costs for those members that wish for it.

Renewal of our group policy is due on December 1st of every year.

Your life insurance policy is invalid if you have not paid the annual membership fees.

Direct Deposit Payment

You can deposit your payments (Membership and Insurance) to PNUAA Bank of America Account #131819898897 then inform the treasurer or the chairman.

Pay life insurance from the options below

Note: Enrollment for new members is not available at the moment.

Reduction in Amount of Coverage due to Age:

On the premium due date on or next following the date You:

Attain age 65, Your Life Insurance Benefit Amount will reduce to 50% of the Life Insurance Amount shown above; and
Attain age 70, Your Life Insurance Benefit Amount will reduce by 10% of the Life Insurance Amount shown above:
with an appropriate adjustment in premium.

Note:

Coverage for Dependent Children must be elected at time of enrollment and the appropriate premium paid. Coverage for Dependent Children will not be duplicated if both parents are covered under the Policy as Insured Persons.A person ceases dependent status during any period of time he or she is insured as an Active Member with any cultural association that is a Participating Association in the Hartford Association Group Insurance Trust.

Multiple Coverage in the Hartford Association Group Insurance Trust is not permitted:
An insured member may have coverage through only one Participating Association under this policy at any one point in time.
