Victoria Allen Namisango is a Ugandan professional with a diverse background in information technology, project management, and construction, currently serving as Assistant Project Manager at Advanced Technology Construction in the U.S. With extensive experience in both Uganda and the United States, she brings strategic leadership and technical expertise to her role at PNUAA, where she supports financial oversight and organizational growth.
BIO
Victoria Allen Namisango is a dynamic Ugandan professional with a strong background in technical disciplines and hands-on leadership. A dedicated mother of three, she brings a unique combination of expertise in information technology, construction management, and project coordination to every role she undertakes.
Victoria holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Makerere University, a Diploma in Project Management from the Uganda Management Institute, and a second Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Pierce College in the United States. She is currently pursuing graduate studies at Western Governors University.

Her career began in Uganda, where she held several key positions, including Territory Manager at K2 Telecommunications, Project Supervisor for HDI under Procter & Gamble, and Customer Relations Manager for Segken Services in partnership with UMEME. She also served as Accounts Executive Manager at EMS under Posta Uganda before relocating to the United States.

In the U.S., Victoria has built a solid career in the construction sector. She has served as a Project Engineer at Korsmo Construction and as a Senior Project Engineer at Mortenson Construction. Currently, she is the Assistant Project Manager at Advanced Technology Construction, where she oversees complex projects and budgets with precision and strategic insight.

Victoria’s diverse educational background and professional journey have equipped her with a practical, solutions-oriented approach to both technical and leadership challenges. She brings this wealth of knowledge and experience to the Pacific Northwest Ugandan American Association (PNUAA), where she plays a vital role in supporting financial oversight and advancing the organization’s mission.
